Terms & Conditions
We are appointment only.
Invoices for parts & labor must be paid in full before we can release RV back to your possession.
We do not pick up, deliver RVs or do installations at your location due to insurance.
We cannot install customer supplied parts or have customers help with installation due to insurance.
We cannot allow you to stay in your RV while we work on it due to insurance.
Please remove all personal or valuable items from your RV before the installation. We’re not liable for personal lost items.
We do not warranty parts that were not installed and purchased from Camping Express LLC.
We do not do any other repairs or work outside of solar/battery related systems.
We recommend a generator backup for running air conditions and supplemental battery recharging.
Upon payment and/or signature, paid consultations and installation fees are non-refundable. By approving and paying for your service and products you’re assuming financial responsibility and will provide payment in full.
Design Layout, Scope of Work & Change Orders:
Our installation designs are created to maximize space efficiency while ensuring long-term safety, usability, and serviceability. Customer preferences will always be considered; however, the agreed scope of work will not be altered solely based on layout preferences if those changes would compromise system performance, safety standards, or future maintainability. Final design decisions remain at the discretion of SolarPowerMyRV’s professional judgment to deliver the safest and most reliable installation.
If a customer requests changes to the agreed scope of work after project commencement, these requests will be treated as a change order and may result in additional fees and timeline adjustments.
